When do I need to pay your commission?

We will invoice our Success Fee equal to 50% of the candidate's monthly gross salary + 500€ in credits only once the candidate accepts your job offer. No other fees are applied.

Why do you pay a signing bonus to the talent?

Because it's the right thing to do. They're the talent everyone's after and by paying them a bonus upon hiring, we're giving back to the community, but also motivating them to share in-depth information about themselves so we can create better matches between candidates and companies. Ultimately, everyone one benefits.

What stops the talent from constantly switching jobs in order to get bonuses?

For talents searching full-time positions we have a cap of maximum 2 bonuses paid per year. We have a built-in retention bonus that is paid out after 12 months to incentivize long-term employment. We do also understand that anything can happen in life, and a talent might need to switch jobs.

Why don't you do any vetting of talents and their skills?

Based on our experience from IT recruiting, vetting a developer is still very subjective. We aim to provide in-depth profiles for the talents on our platform and to avoid any bias, we don’t do any vetting on the talent’s skills and give the client the ultimate power on deciding which talent fits their needs best.

However, we will soon be introducing general tech assessment tests and courses that can be validate the skills up to certain level.

How do I know the talent isn’t increasing the salary for getting a bigger split of your commission?

We provide salary statistics based on location and experience, and benchmark it to other salaries on the platform. Thus, we recognize salaries out of range and believe that such talent will not be hired. You naturally have a chance to negotiate the salary level with the talent and make the final hiring decision.

Is there a guarantee?

We provide a one month guarantee. If the talent does not start working as agreed or works less than a month, we will cancel the hire and you can use our hiring fee as an advance payment for your next hire.

Additionally, if it does happen that your new employee leaves before a year, let us know, and we’ll return part of the hiring fee in credits that is reserved for the one-year anniversary bonus.
