What amount will my bonus be?
Your signing bonus is 25% of your gross monthly salary in euros. After 12 months with your new employer, we'll pay you an additional retention bonus of 500€.
For example: Your gross monthly salary is 5000€. So your signing bonus will be 1250€ and an additional 500€ after 12 months. So in total we will pay you 1750€ in bonuses.
When will I receive my bonus?
Your bonus will be paid to latest 45 days after starting at your new job.
Can I receive my bonuses in cash?
If you're a private entrepreneur or have your own company, you can invoice your bonus from us. If you don't have a possibility to invoice your bonus, please get in touch with us and we will arrange the payment to you.
