Hirevel streamlines the hiring process for tech companies while taking care of talents. Our name communicates this by combining two components that communicate hiring and wellness. Hire well = Hirevel.

We are a team of entrepreneurs with a long history in IT recruiting. Combined we have 30+ years of experience in recruiting software professionals, engineers, designers and support personnel. Our history is in Talentbyte.

Having experience from both in-house recruiting for startups and growth companies to hiring for consulting agencies, we've established in-depth knowledge of how recruiting IT professionals is experienced from the talent and client perspective.

Our talent driven platform is beneficial, literally with money, for the talent but also for our clients. We're able to find better matches and provide talents with positions that fit their experiences and wishes, while providing companies with matching talent for reasonable costs.

In the end, we want to do some good by splitting our fee with the talent and giving back to the community. Together we can make significant contributions to a more sustainable world.
